Pretty lame, tried to check inventory, the slacker that answered tried everything to get out of helping or ordering the item I needed.
We have had an account with Fastenal for years. What is this company thinking you can’t walk in and if you call you get a recording telling you to go online and order. Seems like a terrible business move if we wanted that we would jus use McMaster Carr!
No in store purchasing.
This location came through for me with an assist with helping retrofit a pressure gauge for my pool pump. I did not get the workers name but wanted to show my appreciation. Thank you!
You can’t get into the store. The doors are locked on a Wednesday at 1130am.
