Great people. Great company. Hours are 7am-5pm M-F.
Definitely has upscale interior, but the wife's order was wrong and had set at the back long enough, neither order was proper temperature. My buffalo chicken salad was fresh, but was again, too warm and the chicken strips were breaded, and the coating tasted doughy. We both agreed that we'll try this place one more time, as it could have been merely a bad day in-house.
Over all Fastenal has almost everything you'll need and its the first stop I make when needing bolts but I was displeased by some of the customer service they'll ask you for help but are quick to jump to the "we don't have it I'm a 100% positive we don't sell it" line just so they can get back to doing whatever and get you out of the store my advice is stick around and have a look for yourself and most likely you'll find what you need!
