Great customer service. They usually have what I need and if not they get it in the next day.
In my experience the staff here have all been very helpful in getting me what I need. They don't carry some very small metric sizes, but they can order pretty much any fastener.
Not sure what's changed since these last reviews but Erik was very helpful and knowledgeable. While I did not purchase anything, he gave me many options, including a custom order for the metric screw I needed. I will definitely be returning.
