They are definitely not open till 5pm they close at 330pm update the time so people dont waste thier time

Walked in. Nobody was in the lobby. Saw some employees in the back room. Nobody greeted or acknowledged me. I left and got what I needed from a local hardware store.
They're very helpful in finding me some replacements for some automotive bolts I was looking for, was able to get everything I needed for a good price. Let it be known that they don't take cash, and most of what they sell is relatively in bulk.
