Great staff. Generally two days to get some items in from warehouse.
Need to change the sign on the front door from 7:00 to 7:30 ,,,,,checked the store hours on Sunday they said 7:00-5:00,,, cost me 100.00 of pay for employees to sit and wait!!!! Not good!!!! Not good business,,,,another sign said ,,now hiring part time help,,,maybe the full time help are only part time,,,,I can't tell,,,
Placed order and after nearly a month, had to call them to find out that it was in fact in stock. This was after physically going to the store and leaving my number, and calling and talking to a manager and leaving my number for the account as well as specific instructions to call when it came in. Will be ordering from McMaster Carr from here on out. Chamberlain Lane store is not any better when it comes to Fastenal.
