I just washed my car using gold package ($12) and it didn't really wash anything off my car. My car is still dirty and the vacuum handle was broken on my stall so I couldn't vacuum well. will not go here again.
The staffs customer service is trash. I have gone here a few times and have entered the line from the parking lot not from the street side. Today I was kicked out because there was a complaint about me not waiting in the line from the street. They have no signage saying you cannot enter from the parking lot side. Good customer service would have let the upset customers know that they do not have the proper signage in place and to make them feel better they will give them a free car wash. Trash service all the way around!
