these places used to be worth it. free wipes. free car air freshener. they used to wait for you to put your car in neutral instead of damaging your tired and axels. it used to be cheaper. it used to clean the car fully. it used to dry the car fully instead of leaving water which causes paint damage. it used to actually scrub and clean my rims. the vacuums used to be strong. the air guns used to be in one piece. you have to finish the car wash for them because they don't dry the car. what am i paying so much much for? i don't... read more
I swear I’ve never been to a car wash that leaves your car still dirty! 10 dollar for a basic wash and for your car not to even be dust free?? Come on. Have someone have a brush to scrub the back part of the car or even sides. If your price is this high it’s the least you guys can do. Super disappointed I could used those 10 instead at a self wash
Generally I like this car wash and most of the staff is nice but some new managers just have the chip on their shoulder and are arrogant especially the guy name Cameran at this location. I’ve been a platinum member since their first location opened up in Irvine and saw the company grow. I have referred over 25 new members to them but I guess with growth came arrogance. Terrible! Horrible, it leaves scratches in your car everywhere! Don’t go! Pay premium and get the car as dirty as it came in. No form of drying. Will damage car body paint, leave streaks, damage the window glass, and doesn’t properly clean the vehicle.
