Friday night and half your vacuum stations are closed, then employees screaming at customers 5 minutes only. That would be fine if half your stations weren't closed an hour before closing.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came to this car wash expecting a simple, routine service — instead, I was met with the manager storming out and yelling at me in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. There was no reason for that kind of aggressive behavior, especially when I was just trying to ask a simple question about the service. If this is how management treats paying customers, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
Don’t come here. Constantly out of service and they don’t give refunds, you have to return a different day when it’s working.
