Employees and or managers aren’t properly trained and don’t know that Teslas take time to get into neutral and car wash mode and they don’t wait to turn on the car wash track that pulls the car forward, which damages OUR TIRES and TESLA TIRES COST 400 BUCKS….. and if my axle breaks I’m taking you to court. After being a loyal member for over a year. I had a bad experience with this business- my car was damaged and they refused to refund $40, which was an insignificant amount but meant that they don’t care about they customers and I left them for another place.
I've been coming to this place for about a year now. Overall, it is okay but not sure to come back again. The cleaning job is no longer good like they were first opening. The first few visits, my car came out pretty dry and spotless. But the last several visits, I noticed that there was not enough soap when it started like before. It appeared like the final rinse when in fact, it was at the beginning. The worker sprayed only one side of the car as we were in neutral mode. I just hope it'll be better.
