On Monday, August 22, I came to wash my car, after washing a crack appeared on my windshield. They damaged the windshield on my car. They drew up a report, no one calls or responds to my complaint!!! I am waiting for this situation to be resolved!!! There are cameras and recording everywhere. It's good that I was filming a video of how they were washing my car and there appeared a scratch a third the size of the entire windshield on the driver's side! They caused me terrible damage! Fast and easy. Not bad for a drive-through car wash. Just don't expect for perfection.
One of the worst carwashes ever! Its totally different than their Irvine location. The dryer roller machine broke my wiper blade and when I informed them they told me “the store manager will take a look at the videos and this might take 2-3 weeks” And they added “we are usually not responsible and dont cover wipers but we will see”!
