If I could leave no stars, I would. This place is a SCAM! They installed a BROKEN WINDSHIELD onto my car. I have been going back and forth with the owner trying to get it replaced. I paid $200 for this service and he refuses to make the situation right. I have called and called and he has avoided me the whole week. Israel was so unprofessional said he was gonna be there at 530 didn't show up till 630 shop closed early in east coast threaten to take windshield off in 10 minutes if didn't get payment didn't say anything just left texted him today that windshield was leaking no response didn't even clean mess was pretty expensive 425 dollars I would rather pay more and get better service don't waste your time with this company not worth it too bad I can't post pictures too back it up and show you guys
They have wasted 2 days of my time and could not even be bothered to show up for multiple appointments. Now they are trying to tell me they don't do on site repairs and never made the appointments. It is now 3 days later and they are texting me on my personal phone to continue arguing with me over a bad review on google. Fuck these clowns.
We've had to have my front AND back windshields replaced! BOTH times have been such and easy process (on my end)... I called and we were BLESSED to have then have BOTH of the ones I needed! THANKS!! (This was probably about 4 years ago)... both windshields are still doing QUITE WELL til this day!!
These guys replaced my front windshield today -- so far, so good! Aaron was super professional (I didn't catch the other guys name, but he did awesome too!). Everything appears to be ready to rock! Thanks guys!
Highly recommend this service, I had them replace my son's windshield after a hail storm two years ago and just had them replace my windshield after a rock hit it on the highway a few days ago. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and provide polite, professional service. I will continue to use them for all of my windshield repairs and replacements! I refer everyone I know to call Fast Windshields (Israel Flores) anytime they need glass repairs or replacements!
