They recently Installed our hot water heater. Weeks later our water stops working post water heater connections. I called the customer service and was treated horribly. The man is abrasive, rude and kept talking over me and would not listen to the issue. I would save your money and go with a company that provides better customer service and ownership for their products mistakes. Will not be using on future projects.
Beware: This company only provides a 1 year labor warranty on the installation of the water heater, which is different than the 3 year warranty on the labor to fix the water heater itself. Fast Water Heater just stated to me that the leaking valve that THEY PROVIDED AND INSTALLED WITH MY BRAND NEW WATER HEATER LESS THAN 3 YEARS AGO IN 2023 IS NOT COVERED UNER THE "WARRANTY" AND I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS. Fast was exactly that. Our 20 year old water heater went out on Friday, we thought for sure it would need to be replaced. We called and they were here Saturday morning first thing. After a brief inspection they were able to fix the issue saving us over 2 thousand dollars. Jacob was friendly, informative and efficient with a great sense of humor. I found Fast Water Heater through Home Depot and highly recommend them! This was not an easy installation. Our 30 year old water heater finally gave in and it needed to be replaced in its current location under our house in the crawl space. Lee Skinner is a fun, personable guy to work with and left me with peace of mind that good equipment has been installed to code and appropriately permitted. Never thought I would have as much fun on such an annoying project! They are terrific!
6 days to swap parts, can’t even get a call back. 6 days without hot water.
