Very respectful. Went over everything with great detail & was patient.
I am ashamed of how long it took me to write this review because this place was absolutely amazing. Its not often you find a small dealership that truly cares about their customers. Their pricing was very fair and the staff is incredibly nice.
I saw good reviews for AutoTrax online, so I went there to look for a used car to replace my Prius. I met the owner Luay. Man, he's a rare gem in current days. He took the time to understand my need/concerns, gave me his honest/best recommendation, and he talked me into keeping my current car instead of selling me one. I feel that he truly has my best interest in mind, the online reviews are accurate imho, and I'll take my business to him in the future.
