They didn’t have an x ray tech when I came to get my foot x rayed and they still made me pay the co pay and wait and it wasn’t until I went back to get my vitals looked at that they told me they didn’t have a tech. I got seen by the PA and she gives me a script to get x rays done at a place just down the street. I didn’t notice until the next day that she filled the script out wrong, didn’t put her full name on the script, and said that my x rays were for my left foot and not my right foot.
Everything was efficient, clean and thorough. However, I still have not received my Flu and COVID results.
Everyone was so professional, caring and knowledgeable. Treated me like I was the only one in the entire building. Thank you all.
