I’ve been with fast track pediatrics about 8 years, Dr O had always been someone I can rely on for the best interest of my children but my last visit was my last visit I could not believe the way he spoke to me! I can understand being burnt out but being disrespectful is very inappropriate behavior and very horrible customer service. It’s sad I had to part ways being with them so long, but it comes a time where disrespect can not be tolerated.
Dr. O is a great Dr. my son has been going to him since he was born. Ultimately, I’m not a fan of the customer service. The Hispanic young lady that handles reception is always marvelous and respectful but that’s about it. I had called in to get updated records and was tricked into having an exam. Although an exam was due, it was not necessary to get an updated vaccine record since he didn’t need any shots. (Per the Doctor) I could have scheduled the exam at a time I was financially ready. Didn’t like the experience very unprofessional management poor girl at the front Dr. said you can’t come back here you not the one coming to be seen why you need to be back here remind you this my grandchild going to the Dr overall they need to be closed down the negativity of that place I wondered why why nobody is in there a waste
We love Dr. Odunlami and feel lucky to have found him. I know him to be warm, knowledgeable, empathetic and genuine. Great guy, and his office staff are ON IT, kind and efficient. We have never really had to wait for either an appointment or be seen in a more urgent (e.g. falling off scooter, fractured arm) manner. Two thumbs up!
