I have been getting my oil changed here for a couple years. The man who works there is very professional, and super fast. I have never had a negative experience and enjoy that I can leave and run to store 24 for a slurpee
I got there at 4:25 yesterday as I work until 4 everyday in Lower Lake. The mechanic was working on a car and was extremely rude about how it was 4:30 and he's closing. If he had nicely informed me that they closed at 4:30, that'd be one thing, however, I don't appreciate being yelled at for not knowing what time they closed. I felt I was very nice for the entire interaction. I work in customer service daily and know not to yell at a potential customer for a simple misunderstanding. Used to really like the service here but now there is a new guy that is always complaining and seems irritated all the time. I usually came here because it is local but it’s just not worth the attitude.
