-The customer service was excellent. Truly excellent. They offer cold bottles water as you wait. Which is nice, but doesnt compare to the rest of the service. -They explained what they were doing, and showed me evidence of what they fixed.I felt no pressure to upgrade or buy more than I wanted. -I loved the way they communicated with eachother, as well. Derrick and Kyle definitely could have provided a better experience! Not only talking about inappropriate and personal issues within customer ear shot making it uncomfortable to sit there waiting, one of them broke off my washer fluid cap(tethered to the tank)and dropped it into the bay below my car and casually told me he didn’t top off the washer fluid because he lost the cap and didn’t want it to make a mess when I drove away and that I could probably buy a new one at any auto part store then sent me on my way.
