I was charged for the oil filter and was never told before the oil change that they were going to do that. If they had told me or had a sign saying that when I pulled into the garage, I would have left and gotten my oil changed somewhere else. I'm still waiting for the district manager, Melissa Porter, to return my phone calls.
The staff was courteous and friendly.
Car was running rough. They told me my coolant was low, took care of it, and now it runs great. Thank you!
