I went to Take 5 for the first time this past Monday 8/25. I'm from Illinois and have always used Jiffy Lube. However, my experience with Take 5 was EXCELLENT! Everyone was so nice, it was convenient, fast, & professional. I also had my dog with me and she was given treats. I heard there a rumor when this round of treats runs out, there may be no more left due to the budget! Lol Please keep it in the budget! I'll even donate! Ha. We love take 5! It’s convenient, close to our house, and the price is always fair. They’re so polite and always make sure we’re taken care of! The manager has been changing the oil in my vehicle for years and he’s such a nice guy. We won’t go anywhere else!
The personal service at the take 5 shop on university Ave is great! Not only was my oil changed, I was also given a cold bottle of water before I even pulled in! The guys showed me the filter and topped off the fluids, as well as putting air in the tires. I was able to use a coupon that was texted to me. Take 5 is going to be my go-to place for oil changes from now on!
