Take 5? More like take 50 waited in the garage for 30 minutes before they even started anything. There was only one other car in. And three people were just standing by the hood. Also was told by one person that economy was going to be okay for my car, a 2010 honda fit. To later be told once it's in the car that it's not really good for the car they did drain it and replace it with the premium one. Horrible service on part of the manager, refused to accept a legitimate coupon. Would not let the service tech fill the oil to the to the top of the allowed operating range, didnt check the PSI of my tires, and had to wait 45min for service when there was only one vehicle when I got there. The techs were great, manager, horrible. Promote the techs and fire that guy, had an attitude from the time I showed up.
Techs were very friendly and professional. Will come back again. Will also recommend to friends and family to go to the one on Main St in Green Bay
