I probably won’t be back. The tech broke off the rear wiper of the car ahead of me… the tech working on my car dropped some sort of tool onto my engine and didn’t even try to locate it and remove it…. The listed price was not what I was charged (I was charged $12 more than the listed price) and I didn’t receive all of the services listed…. Didn’t fill my washer fluid… didn’t check my air filters… didn’t check my tire pressures. Oil change
This was the first time I was let down there. They did not have the usual oil in stock? They also could not remove my air filter screws to change my air filter? They’re the only ones who’ve touched my car for years now. Every other time they’ve given me full service with the oil I want. this time was a partial service compared to the full service they usually provide.
