Great service and experience!
My issue is not that they broke a bracket on my truck. My issue is that they broke it, never told me and caused more damage to my truck and refuse to take care of it. Accidents happen and I understand that but in this case their response is far more infuriating than the actual issue itself. The resolution I asked for was replacement bracket and heat shield which is about $200 in parts. Fair considering I spent $120 on the oil change. Details below. Stay away from this location at all costs. They are totally incompetent. I went there for an oil change and expected that they would do a complete job including resetting the service light. When they were done they could not do this. As a result I had to drive about 30 miles (one way to Audi) to have this done. Meanwhile they showed me that the engine was overfilled with oil.
