Kudos to the two techs for their extraordinary service! Only 2 stars due to Take 5's company policy requiring techs to use a pump to slowly extract the used oil from top of engine oil port, instead of dropping the oil from bottom engine where the contaminants are located. Unless they change this policy and drain all the oil out the bottom of engine, I will never return.
Everything was OK except they had to pump out my oil instead of drain it from the drain plug. I guess it’s now company policy. Everything went fine though on that end.
