James who is an employee at the Sheboygan Take 5 on Indiana and 14th street has been a tremendous help with not only my business vehicle but my personal vehicle as well! The oil change service was fine, but I was pressured by an employee to buy an air filter. When I declined, the employee falsely claimed that failing to do regular maintenance could lead to the dealership repossessing and suing for the car. I found the statement surprising and simply responded, “I’m good,” rather than confronting the misinformation. For that false claim, I have given them 1 star.
