Scheduled service a week in advance. Arrived there at 915am. They said 2 hrs came back around 1130. They said they didn't even start with my car. Tech said they will get it started. I went to lunch came back. Tech said they had to send someone to pick up the tires. Two hours later Tech came back with tires. Finally done there around 330. Spending 6 hours in layton when I live in magna is alot. Didn't even receive a discount for my trouble . I will never travel to young chevrolet ever again after that
Had an issue initially but Mackenzie the manager, made it right.
Blake was an excellent service advisor! I loved the new massage chairs! I want to break using them, but I never felt better leaving an oil change!
