They couldn’t fix my problem and then they still requested all charge from me
I don't think there guys have ever been on time. The latest appointment, I showed up early with empty bays, the appointments in front of me hadn't showed up yet and were late. Rather then just put my truck in, they waited for the appointments that were late. An hour after my appointment time, not from when I got here, they roll my truck in.
Great customer service! Jake, Orlando, and the rest of the team did a great job. They kept me updated and answered any questions I had.
