I decided to order a couple extra cameras for my security system and found this company to have very competitive pricing compared with other companies on the web. I placed my order and received my package 2 days later. Thank you for the cookies too!
I used them for 7 years. There are so many better options. The RMA department is worthless. They buy from other local vendors that you could buy from directly, cheaper. The Manager is incapable of solving any customer concerns. They used to be better 5 years ago when it was run right.
Always polite and helpful. They even give you cookies with order!
