Fast Rugs is absolutely wonderful. There selections of carpets and rugs are outstanding. The salesman went out of his way to make sure installation was on time and completed to my satisfaction.
Very bad customer service, don’t want to listen fully. He just hang up on me.
Specifically requested extra carpet. The owner asked what it was needed for and I told him. He was shown pictures and multiple times I asked for the measurement that I wanted. I even asked for the price of the exact measurements I needed with and without installation. When the workers arrived they told us the carpet would fit very tight. I had to call the owner and he admit he knew I requested a certain measurement but he only gave us enough for the area based on his judgment.
