We had a very difficult plumbing job with a sewage pump. We dealt with this issue off and on for about 3years. Robert Sims and his son , cleaned out the pit, replaced the pump and finally have the operation working like it is supposed to be working. They were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable about my plumbing issue. I would recommend them for any plumbing issue you may encounter.

I was on a budget an oaid in advance in order to ensure they were paid. Due to their payment plan they only recieve the final payment on completion of the job an approval of the owner. I did not approve the worl an the job was not completed accurately an yet they refuse to refund my money an use their warranty as an excuse by why would i want a job i didnt approve an wasnt completed warrantied? I was quoted 5 days on a floor job after 17 my floors are still not completed accurately as i requested when given a quote. Then he ... read more
