I was on a budget an oaid in advance in order to ensure they were paid. Due to their payment plan they only recieve the final payment on completion of the job an approval of the owner. I did not approve the worl an the job was not completed accurately an yet they refuse to refund my money an use their warranty as an excuse by why would i want a job i didnt approve an wasnt completed warrantied? I did a claim through my home warranty company which used this company to rectify my plumbing needs. My tenant had a semi flooding emergency before the holidays and we were given an estimate date of a week later. I called the company and explained I had tenants in the home with children. The rep took my info and said they’d try to squeeze me in sooner. Later turned out to be the next day and the service was top notched! Unfortunately, this is the most unprofessional company I have encountered. The lady that is handling scheduling and speaking with customers not only lacks training but is disrespectful. Not only was I not called after waiting several hours for the technician to come the first time but they called one hour prior to my second attempt at having them service my home to cancel. Would not recommend.
