After 6 hours of hearing nothing from our Home Warranty Co, we called Fast Response!. Butch answered on the first ring at 4:45 on a Sunday evening. After I told him the situation he walked us through a possible explanation and gave instructions over the phone saving us from being without heat during freezing temperatures overnight! Outstanding! No bill, polite, professional, quick and VERY knowledgeable. Warm thanks to you Butch!
