Customer service was very fast, employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to fix the problem with my phone when no one else could
I went in with what I thought was a broken camera lens on my phone. Both the tech and I tried to remove a lens protector and realized I didn't have one. So I would need to replace the entire back of the phone. When I went back to pick it up, I was surprised to find out there was a lens protector and that was the only thing broken. So instead of a $225 back panel, I just paid for a new lens protector! I appreciate the honesty.

Friendly staff, high quality work. My daughter wanted to upgrade her iPhone but the glass on one of the cameras was broken and didn't affect the camera lens itself. Tried to trade her phone in for an upgrade and couldn't get much due to the broken glass. Brought her phone to uBreakiFix and in barely 30 minutes her phone was like new.
