Service just keeps getting worse and worse. Been waiting 15 minutes on bus now. I think I'm done using them. Update: they said they were having a "meeting" and that's why they were so slow. What kind of bus driver meeting would there be??? Do your meetings when you don't have customers arriving! Over 30 minutes to get to our car when others in our party are long gone who parked at the airport
I always park here when flying out of Memphis. Reasonable rates and maybe 5 minutes from the airport. My only complaint is the narrow parking spots. I'm very particular with my vehicles and don't like door dings from inconsiderate people.
A gated secure place with a overhead cover to park when headed out of town by plane.
