深夜0時から午前7時はチケットに書かれた番号に電話するように書かれたいたので、電話したら電話番号が違うと言われ、場所も車種も伝えずに逆ギレされ、結局、迎えにも来なかった。 仕方なくUberで移動し、追加で12.0かかった！最低最悪の対応！ もう二度、使用しません！ 勧めていただいた同僚にもクレーム！ ちなみに、駐車場内はシャトルバスが3台も巡回しており戻り時間伝えてるんだから送迎来るでしょう！ 本当に腹立つって仕方ない！ またチケットに書いてあった電話番号はHPでも出ており代表者様の者で逆ギレの本人だと思います。 個人的にサービス業なら深夜でも丁寧に対応と電話番号の修正をお願いします。 深夜だからこそ、逆ギレや即切り、居留守はストレスと憎悪感しか感じませんでした。
You red employees are polite and the shuttle bus drivers actually put our luggage on and off the shuttle bus.
I like the security of my vehicle while I’m out of town. The shuttle drivers and booth attendants are very pleasant and professional. I don’t park anywhere else when I go out of town but at Fast Park.
