Staff and doctors are great. Love the ease of getting in to see a doctor. One item that has degraded over the years is cleanliness of the waiting area and grounds. For the first several years since opening it was always clean, disinfected and grounds kept up. In the last 6 years it has gotten dirty, Illkept and dingy. It need some consistent TLC and upkeep. Hoping this gets related to the owners.
Took me 3 visits for them to draw my blood. When I finally got my results she said would call in a cream I needed the following Monday. She never did and I called three times. She was never at that location and I kept leaving messages for her. Terrible experience. Over a month and I still don’t have what I need. Don’t go to the Carlyss location
I was taken back very quickly the nurse practitioner seemed very competent. They were able to schedule me the next morning for a blood draw and a a follow-up appointment within a week. General attitude and demeanor of everybody was excellent.
