I greatly appreciate the care I received. The nurse and Karen really listened and showed genuine heart felt care that really helped me in my time if need. The front desk was also so very very kind and helpful.
The rating is for Karen & her nurse NOT FastPace. I saw Karen as my primary physician. Both Karen and her nurse are fabulous. FastPace always messes up my copay. I pay the correct amount at the time of service and they charge my card more later. I have called them many times and still no resolution/credit.
Even if this office is crowded as long as you make an appointment You’re the first one in. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner that I dealt with were also absolutely fantastic I was in and out without any problems whatsoever.
Excellent staff!!! From the front desk to the doctors!
