This goes just to the lady Sharon at the front desk, that always has attitude and thinks she knows what the doctor will say, instead of just doing what you ask. I’ve been to both urgent and primary and they need get new front desk person that actually has compassion for patients, for the place it is. Instead of being rude and mean everytime! If you don’t like your job get another!
What a joke. I came in because I had shortness of breath and desperately needed some medical attention. After giving me 2 types of steroids and a shot, it helped me catch my breath a little bit so that was good. Then the doctor asked me over 3 times if I would like my prescription to be sent to the Walgreens on Forks of the River. Now i am in bad condition and can not make the drive out there myself, due to my shortness of breath, so i had someone stop in to pick up my prescription.
