Very nice visit. Front desk lady was super nice. Ortho doctor I might use the doctor as my ortho doctor from now on as she seemed to really care. Came in for back pain

SUCKED! I had an appointment for an injection in my hands for carpal tunnel. I was referred to the Portland facility by the Doctor at the Gallatin facility. I was told there is an Ortho Dr at the Portland facility on Monday and Wednesday. On Monday, 6/1/26 I checked in and let the front desk attendant know why I was there. She checked me in, took my co-pay of $60.00. When I was called back the nurse came in, took my vitals, ask what I was there for.
