Outstanding, quick and professional!!
Aside from the double booking issue they were having that day. They did get me in to be seen for my follow up pretty quickly and all the staff were very sweet. I don't even mind making the 45 minute drive just for how nice everyone was and the doctor actually listened to me.
I go to the Jonesborough Fast Pace for Urgent Care, my PCP appointments, and now my Orthopedic as well. Kristin Righi listened to all of my concerns with my new injury that I was seeing her for. She seemed well-versed in knowing how to treat it and the length of time it would take to heal. Everyone on staff up there is wonderful and willing to help with anything they can. I couldn't ask for a better one-stop-shop physicians office!
Staff was great. Everyone was very nice and professional.
