I went in today looking for a timeline on when I could go back to work. Checked out my foot for 30-45 secs and told me I had a sprain. The discomfort I felt was a little more than a sprain. We agreed to disagree and he said he would recommend a specialist. I put my boot back on and needed to get my release paperwork for work signed and I overheard him tell a worker I don’t have time to fill out his paperwork. We exchanged words and I walked out. The staff and doctors are very professional and absolutely wonderful.
I originally brought my daughter in for x-rays after she injured her foot. Dr. Bertrand is thorough and professional. He listened to our concerns during the initial visit, as well as her follow up appointment. I am very thankful.
