Staff was nice, however not competent. Took my son for a simple hand lac that just need a few sutures, was told they could suture. However all they did was refer us to an ER for a "hand surgeon and better pain meds." My son had zero indicators for a consult. He had full range of motion, no decrease in strength, and bleeding was controlled. Went to the ER was seen by a mid-level who literally laughed at the suggestion of a referral.
