The front staff was very friendly. However, you are not given an estimated wait time and I found the physician's bedside manner lacking. Overall, I was treated and got what I needed. If you are dealing with a miner issue, Fast Pace Health Urgent Care seems like a good option.
I came in to do a drug test. They were very kind & I loved the Front Desk Girl Grace. She was very welcoming and helpful
Could not get past the front desk in Tullahoma at 7am. I walked out today very disappointed and will not ever go back nor refer anyone. The Front Desk was very rude, unprofessional and lack of empathy . She should NOT be working in the health care business. I would say this was extremely horrible experience. (marketing dept you need to take note. She is first person you contact before service, not good)
The front desk has taken customer service completely away. I’m all about technology but I saw people struggling with it. I even had an issue with it sending me a code. I was there for a preemployment drug screen which took 45mins. The screen itself went great and fast but the wait was a little much considering no one was in the lobby.
