When I arrived with chest pains and a pain in my left arm, they quickly helped me get registered and took me straight back for an EKG. The doctor on call said she saw something unusual on my EKG and advised me to go to the ER. She asked if I could drive or if I needed an ambulance. I assured her I could drive and as I left all of the employees wished me the best. Very good experience!
The wait time was reasonable and everyone was very helpful and kind!
I had an appointment, but still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. The receptionist was very kind and helped me through my brain fog. The nurse was professional and caring. The doctor was helpful and quick. She even called ahead to the pharmacy to make sure they had the medication I needed and that they would fill it for me that same night.
