Awkward sign in procedure....fixed my ailment
The nurses were great, but my experience with Cynthia, NP, was very disappointing. She never introduced herself; the only reason I knew her name was because a nurse mentioned it. From the moment she came in, she seemed to question whether my reason for visiting was valid, which made me feel dismissed and uncomfortable. The appointment felt extremely rushed. Quick, proficient, professional staff are unfortunately in the back of the clinic. The lady at the front desk is loud, rude, assuming and crass. Not a good look for healthCARE.
