Ms. Rhonda (NP) and their staff was super personable, friendly, and professional! I haven’t been to an urgent care in a while, but this one will now be my go-to!
Usual wait time to see the nurse practitioner, who took the time and explained well. The problem was she ordered a nebulizer machine from Montgomery, who was to contact me and deliver. Didn’t hear from anyone so I called at 9 am and again at 12.30 this morning. Fast Pace could not tell me when I would be getting a call from them. “Maybe it was too late for them to deliver?” I was told was a possibility. If that was the case, why wasn’t I notified?
