Terrible experience there…. Had appointment at 1 , didn’t get called back till 2:50!!! Told front desk I was leaving, going somewhere else. Also had to do my paperwork twice because was told computer was slow. Not fun when you’re sick.
No long wait, Nurse Practitioner Reed was very courteous and knowledgable! Will refer others to come for fast and reliable care.
Very nice receptionist. Heipful and understanding. Dr Reed was interested in what was wrong, took time to listen to me and talked With me. She didn't talk AT me. Offered choice of treatment - shot vs oral medicine. Was walk-in. Short wait time. Some questions on paperwork, like living will, I felt uncomfortable with but understand why they are asked. I had a wonderful experience during my appointment. Clean environment. Jennifer at the front desk was accommodating. Rhonda and Ashley were very hands on and knowledgeable of their jobs. We shared some laughter. I recommend this place for your health needs. Thank You!
