They are nice and fast! 10 outta 5!!!
We had a fantastic experience. We got in quick and out quick, and really appreciated the providers time and explanation!
The providers are excellent—friendly and thorough. The infrastructure and support for them is clearly lacking. We waited almost twice as long as the wait time listed on the website. They were short staffed and the facility desperately needed a cleaning (dirty floors, equipment covered in hair, etc). I expect medical offices to be clean and sterile and this looked anything but clean…Not sure I’d go back based on those things but again, the front desk and nurse practitioner were great.
