Their billing department is a nightmare. If you aren’t paying attention, they will over charge your insurance and you will be left paying out of pocket.
The dr suggested we go to the ER and my daughter could have been treated with zofran. She was also going to prescribe an antibiotic that the ER doctor stated would’ve made her worse. Honestly I’d love my copay back, as I paid a copay to visit the ER for something that they should have taken care of. Would not recommend.
