My complaint is regarding a lady who works at this location as a fill in. Her name is Danielle. She works at the Antioch location primarily. My mother went in for lab work which she has done before. Danielle turned her away because she said the lab work was from an outside provider. I explained how they saw her before and she looked it up and said the provider may have made an exception. The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. The service was also very quick I was in and out. I would most definitely choose this location again in the future.
I was treated with kindness and respect the moment I walked in the door unlike some places around home. My area had the most hateful, disrespectful, treat everyone like they are an addict attitude. If someone at home smiled at me when I walked thru the doors of an Urgent Care I would probably turn and run back to my car. EVERYONE at Fast Pace Nashville was delightfully!
The women that help me yesterday was professional and very helpful I didn’t get the names but the front desk to the woman that did my test yesterday was super sweet welcoming and professional definitely should keep these women as faces of the company they bring good vibes and energy
I love this place! Never had a bad experience here. Less than 10 min wait every time. The NPSusan Duawalder was incredible. Made me feel seen and HEARD. Compassionate and empathetic and great with pt. Education. Highly recommend. Telehealth was extremely easy. I had an appt within 15 min. Start to finish entire process!
