1. Misdiagnosed me terribly enough that I had to go to the emergency room a few days later. The ER told me if they’d properly diagnosed me, I wouldn’t have needed to go on steroids, and wouldn’t have still been so sick I couldn’t work. This was with Allison Cowan, according to customer service. She was very nice, but just assumed “throat issue, take some antibiotics” instead of looking into the issue.
