I recently moved to Nashville and have not been established with a PCP yet and needed to be seen for an ear ache. I went on line and found this place. My lucky day! From check in to being seen. Everyone is so professional and caring and the facility was very clean.
Service was decent during visit , my issue was under prescribed my the Dr. and the infection remained after taking entire prescribed meds , while it did help the pain and seemed on the right path , the infection remained . I tried to get additional meds and they refused and of course wanted another visit ,another charge to insurance , another Co-pay and my time for something they under prescribed initially . They’re just looking for numbers and people to hit their drive through .
Had an appointment here for a pre employment screening. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Staff was kind
