Are you guys closed on tuesdays?? What the heck! I went for my drug testing and no one was inside. Another girl pulled up for the same thing! She said she was there from her job for drug testing they sent her there. Another guy pulled up to deliver some things. If you guys have certain hours it needs to be updated because you waste people's time like this. Ridiculous!
All the staff were amazing. Super professional and knowledgeable! We were seen in a timely manner and treated for all the things we needed to be seen for. Will be back!
The only complaint I have is that I had to sign in on the tablet and then complete registration on my phone. Other than that, my experience was great. The medical receptionist was friendly and made me feel welcome. It wasn't busy when I checked in, and as soon as I finished registering, they called my name within about 10 minutes. The nurse practitioner was very nice and treated me well. She moved quickly through the questions and checked my vitals, but I never felt like she was rushing me out of there.
