Had appointment on 6/26 was due for follow up on 6/28 at 3:00pm EST and doors were locked not one car in the parking lot left message and never no response back.
From the moment I got there, I was traded so kind and the front desk lady even dug deep in the files to find that I did have Insurance instead of just turning me away. Then the nurse practitioner that I seen that did my blood work was so amazing. She was so kind and friendly. She understood the very emotional situation I was going through and even gave me a hug which definitely made me feel better and like I was an actual person instead of just a patient or a number in the crowd. Been great both of the times I’ve been there. Marking down to three stars, however, due to my third trip there. Hours are listed online to include 1-5 on Sundays, which is also what’s posted on their front door. BUT went at 3 pm today, a Sunday, and they were locked up closed. Please update your hours if they’re not correct. Luckily I had gone early enough to catch the other walk in clinic before they closed.
