I had taken my 7 year old to Fast Pace Health Urgent care at 5:21 pm for some labs to see if she had covid,strep or flu due to her having a fever and sore throat. We check in and the waiting area was cozy and welcoming. The wait time was less then 5 minutes, since it was pretty empty by that time and i was able to do paper work online before coming in, and when we were called back by the nurse, immediately he helped my daughter feel welcomed and taken his time to give the care she needed. Routinely leave patients waiting to see physician 1+ hours after scheduled appointment time. It very much seems like they are routinely operating on a skeleton crew or something
