This office is not run efficiently with a patient first mindset. The staff were personable when I saw them so I have no complaints about that, however, my biggest disappointment came when my need for medication sent to a pharmacy for pickup quickly was completely disregarded. I had to physically go back to the office to get someone to redirect my script and I was assured it was just the click of a button, no problem, so I went directly to the pharmacy expecting to pick it up.
