Today makes two days I’ve came to fast pace and doors locked
I was able to check in on-line. I filled out all the forms before going in to get my son's wrist checked out. Show up at 8:30am, I picked the 8:44am time slot, so we were early. Their hours are from 8am to 8pm on Tuesdays. Get there door is locked and not a person in sight. I called them and no one answered. So we were never seen and I filled all of that out for no reason. This place is awful! Went to the Kendallville location website and booked a DOT physical, uploaded DL and completed registration all after selecting the date and time from their website. My husband got ready for his appt. drove to the Kendallville location at his designated appt. time (he even got confirmation of his time and date in a text on his phone) to find the doors locked and a sign on the door stating "This location does not do DOT physicals" Thanks for wasting our time not to mention he could have booked somewhere e... read more
