The lady who saw me was very sweet, I’d love to have her again.
I called to make an appointment regardig a tick bite and received an appointment within the hour. I arrived and the provider called me in right away. The provider looked at the bite, and she ordered a prescription. The provider also informed me what to look for if the symptons worsened and when I should return to Urgent Care. I was extremely satisfied with the experience. This included the efficiency of getting the appointment, no waiting time and was very satisfied that the provider who was truly respectful and caring.

Office visits are not the issue! FAST PACE ADMINISTRIVE OFFICES, MORE SPECIFICALLY BILLING IS THE ISSUE! I am not one who ever has outstanding bills, and definitely no collections! I have excellent medical coverage and pay monthly for a great plan. Fast Pace billing, instead of sending me any sort of bill/notice, several months later I receive a collection bill for a principle amount PLUS extra from another company. With Fast Pace erroneous, and bordering fraudulent, billing practices it causes unexpected and undue stress. W... read more
